Postdoctoral Positions in Autoimmune and Vaccine Research

Description : Three postdoctoral positions are immediately available at National Taiwan University in Taipei, TAIWAN to study the immune response to the vaccine adjuvants and ligands of nuclear hormone receptors. Research is focused on transcriptional regulation of proliferation of antigen presentation progenitor cells, employing techniques of immunology, molecular and cellular biology in the animal models, with particular interest in the differentiation of bone marrow hematopoietic and neuronal stem/progenitor cells. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. with a strong background in immunology, molecular/cell biology and fewer than four years of postdoctoral experience. The successful applicant is expected to have strong ability and high motivation, and be capable of working independently, with strong communication and writing skills. Experience with multicolor flow cytometry, culturing primary cells, and in vivo work with animal models is highly desirable. Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience.
